Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items purchased from Novelties Express.

Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in original condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: opened collectibles or items removed from original packaging, personalized or custom items, and sale or clearance items (unless defective).

How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@iconfanfavorites.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@noveltiesexpress.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our return policy requirements.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@noveltiesexpress.com.
