Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if  you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. There will be no returns or credit after 30 days.

Returned items must be in original, salable condition with original packaging. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.  

Once your order has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.If you item is damaged, lost in transit, stolen, incorrect or missing items you must report it within 24 - 48 hours from time of delivery of package. Please visit https://iconfanfavorites.com/ pages/contact to start a claim. 

Items purchased online can only be returned by mail. If a package is marked as Return to Sender, we reserve the right to charge a $10 restocking fee to cover the shipping & labor involved in the returns process. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items purchased on iconfanfavorites.com cannot be returned to Icon Fan Favorites store locations.
